    El equipo en un principio bien pero el mismo día que comencé a usarla comenzó a calentarse al nivel que se autoapago y ya no encendió. Este problema lo presentaba cada que usaba la laptop. Que lástima porque la laptop corria bien de acuerdo a su precio. Ya inicié el proceso de devolución.

    Was disappointed that you cant even get your computer operational without putting in all kinds of information including your MSN email address. If I had know Microsoft was so ingrained, I would have purchased something different. I was so frustrated, I didnt even get it running for a month after I purchased it. I like my work Dell much better.

    Excellent for video conferencing, browsing the web, social media, etc. For a laptop selling for $350 brand new, it is a great deal IMHO. Not a powerhouse, but very responsive for the price. Im very pleased with this purchase.

    Purchased Acer laptop after a treasure truck alert for @ $300. The first one bluescreened after about a week of use. Restored to factory settings then updated and it blue screened a second time. I contacted Amazon and requested a replacement which was done very quickly. Received a replacement laptop and it again just after 2 days of use bluescreened again. I again per its instructions reset to factory specs, updated again and again... it blue screened. So that normally means theres a flaw with the equipment. This time I requested a refund for that laptop and just chose a much better laptop which costed much more. I promptly return the laptop, got the confirmation it had been returned in the system per Amazon. Unfortunately Acer has not yet updated the refund request after at least 2-3 weeks that it had been received back in and checked. I also have not received any correspondence from Acer of the status of this issue. So be veeerry careful about that particular Acer laptop and the customer service issues with Acer. Ive purchased Acer products previously without any issues and the replacement equipment I again purchased an Acer which Ive had no issues with. But this isnt a very comforting response Im getting from Acers customer service.

    I bought this for my husband. He uses it in his art/sign business to down load images and take to his shop. Well worked great the first seven times he turned it on. Then, guess what it wouldnt turn on. So we were barely under the whistle for the return date. So the company gave us our money back....sort of they kept 20% for a restock fee. Shame on them that was a defective computer and there shouldnt have been a restock fee. So did they just rebox it and send it to another customer???? Very interesting??????
