I love this laptop. It is perfect for homework, personal things, watching Netflix, playing games, etc. The touch screen works great in all modes. I love using it in tablet mode.

Im going to be attending ASU in the fall, and am currently a full time student in community college. I have a dedicated powerhouse desktop for anything requiring serious power. However, I felt I was lacking a portable machine that would allow me to do work away from my primary PC. I had an old laptop, but it was large and clunky and didnt support 5ghz channels. I was beginning to feel the hinderances caused by the laptop, so I decided to look into buying a solution. This Chromebook has been perfect. Obviously, it wont be able to play the latest games and be a great photo editing machine, but thats not what it was built for. Chrome OS is very light, so the machine is useable within 10 seconds of starting. The battery lasts forever, as advertised. The performance is wonderful as well. This Chromebook is surprisingly powerful. As of now, I have 10 Chrome tabs open while streaming Spotify with no issues. For anything browser based, this feels identical to a high end laptop like a MacBook Pro at a fraction of the price. As well, the thing is incredibly light. Its half the weight of my old laptop, and I often forget its in my backpack.

I love my Chromebook. Its lightweight, easy to carry and is quick to upload. I love the fact that I can flip it over and use the touchscreen in the kitchen for recipes, when Im cooking. Its not too small that you cant see the monitor and the touchscreen makes it easy to use if youre not good with the mouse. By far, its the best purchase , Ive made in a long time. It was reasonably priced, the battery life is impressive, the sound quality and resolution is surprisingly great.

This thing is awesome. Wish I would have bought it sooner except that I got it on prime day for a song and dance. Make sure you click the user icon and update so the play store is added.

Only one issue arose, but it is the fault of Chrome OS and NOT of Acer or its harware. After the second charging of the battery I noticed that it would only charge to 96%. It would charge, just not past 96% and the charge light would never turn blue like it is supposed to when fully charged. In the settings it also never showed a completed charge. Did some research and found that this is a problem of Chrome OS and not the hardware. Powerwashed the device and depleted and recharged the device about 3 times and as of right now it was able to charge to 100% and register full under the settings. Other than that I have been very pleased with this device.

I was extremely excited to get this Chromebook, even paid extra for priority shipping all the way to Singapore. In the 12h since unboxing the laptop it has frozen up 3x on me already. Having to constantly restart my laptop for no apparent reason seems quite unreasonable.

First time chromebook user and i havent quite figured it out yet. I love the 360 degree rotation and the crisp clear image but Im not exactly sure what this baby can do yet. I think a pc laptop wouldve suited me better
