> 3 dayGreat computer. Only complaint is the mouse is not as good as expected. Sometimes you have to click a few times before it reacts.

I previously had an Acer Chromebook c720 which I LOVED--had it for 3 1/2 years and traveled with it all over the world before the keyboard finally died. Here are my favorite things about the R11:

> 3 dayWe had a very good experience with the first Acer Chromebook we bought for our middle schooler-it lasted 3 years and we got our moneys worth. We needed to replace the older one so decided to stick with the Acer. So far so good for the middle schooler that is now a freshman in high school.

> 3 dayBought this Chromebook as a Christmas present for my daughter. The touchscreen quit working in February, a little over one month after she started using it. Since I had purchased it several weeks before Christmas it was no longer eligible for replacement by Amazon. Junk in my opinion. Last time I will buy any of their products.

> 3 dayDefinitely, not having a backlit keyboard blows chunks and its the one thing that really makes me feel like I paid way too much for this. The keyboard feels very Matel ... very Barbi play mobile.
