They requested that we send the computer back to fix the battery and I requested a new battery be sent to avoid my son not having a computer for his schooliing and thee denied this and insisted I send the entire computer back. Avoid this product and especially this company..

Its runs like a tablet with the feel and look of a laptop. As long as you dont want to download any pc programs its is great. Honestly the best product you will get for the price.
