> 3 dayIts a Chromebook, so it does what Chromebooks do. This is the 4th Chromebook Ive owned, and the best of the bunch so far. The touchscreen makes certain things very easy, as compared to using a mouse. The Bluetooth and wireless functions work well, and have better than average range. I dont need a large screen, especially as a frequent traveler. The overall size of this Chromebook makes it very easy to travel with. The speakers are laptop speakers...dont expect surround sound. But compared to speakers on other similarly sized laptops, these are better than average. My biggest like is the battery lift. At maximum brightness, I can still get 8+ hours out of it. At a comfortable brightness level, I routinely get 10+ hours of battery life. This is a big deal when traveling, or when using the device and not being conveniently near an outlet.

> 3 dayMy daughter received this as her Christmas present so we’ve only had it opened for about a week, but so far so good! It was packaged well ( I was nervous about a chrome book being shipped), it was easy to start up-be aware you need to let it go though all the updates which can take awhile, but as soon as it updated it’s ready to go! She has been on it A LOT and loves it from the color (she’s white obsessed) to the flip screen, she’s very happy with the performance so far.

Greater than one weekWe purchased this computer for our child to use at school. The computer does not consistently connect to WiFi. After speaking with customer service and sending the device in multiple times for repair - being without it for 7-10 days each time - the problem has not been resolved. At this point, the company will not replace the device under the warranty unless I send it in a third time for additional repair and, again, have the same issue when we get it back. I would not recommend this model or any Acer product at this point.

> 3 dayMicrophone isnt very sensitive at all and while the build quality is OK, the track pad feels cheap and crummy and requires you to press down pretty far to get it to click. That being said, its super sensitive to touch clicking (where you click on something without pressing down and clicking on the track pad). I will be scrolling down a screen and half-way down something will open up that I inadvertently clicked on without clicking- its that sensitive. The keyboard feels fine to type on overall, but lacks the substantive feel and of a more high-quality keyboard. The tablet functionality works very well yet Chrome OS is still in its infancy for tablet performance. That is, buttons dont change size or anything to make clicking on them any easier with your fingers as opposed to a mouse.

> 3 dayIts just a large cell phone. Its really not user friendly if you want to use it with a printer or anything other than watch movies. So now I have a bigger cell phone, without 4g, to watch Netflix on....sweet. now I need to buy a computer that is compatible with the rest of the electronics in the world.

> 3 dayThis is a great computer. I am not particularly tech savvy but it was supper easy to get started. Plug and play. Add some apps and you are ready to go!

> 3 dayI bought this laptop back in 2017, intending to use it for my senior year of high school, but not thinking it would last very long past that. However, this little chrome book really put in the extra work, and has gotten me through almost 4 years.
