I bought this for my 9 year old daughter. She loved the 360 degree convertible format. Most of the time we used it as tablet than a laptop. We are super happy with the option of installing android apps in chrome book - this opens up millions of games in chrome book.

For the CB5-132T model

I just got this computer and so far, I love it. I had the most basic Acer Chromebook, and it was fine for a couple of years, but then it started slowing down some and the fan was running almost constantly, which was very irritating. I cant tell a huge difference in the speed of the Acer R11, it is fast but not lightning quick. Im okay with that, though, and suspect some of that is due to my particular internet service.

When I started at university, I wanted something small I could carry to my classes. It needed to access the internet, store files, and be durable. This was, hands down, the best purchase I could have made. It took a bit of adjustment coming from a windows laptop previously, but once I figured out the basics of Chrome OS, it’s been smooth sailing. This chromebook is the perfect size, and I LOVE the touchscreen feature— it also has USB ports to allow a wireless mouse if you prefer! It’s also pretty. The display is gorgeous, and the 360-degree flip feature makes going from laptop to tablet a breeze. Definitely worth every penny!

Wow! I love this device. Especially now with the ability to launch Android apps this does everything I need it to. I didnt think the fact it was convertible would be a big deal, but I really love using it for different purposes in different positions. Chrome OS still has a few rough edges and gaps, but luckily Android fills in almost all of them. Fast and easy to use.
