Loved it but would not charge pass 84% so I returned it and got one at best buy. That one turned out good

It might just be me, but I cannot get the touchscreen feature to work on my laptop. Other than that, I absolutely love this computer! I use Google everything so having this addition was great!

Great computer, exactly what I needed comparing price vs utility, I needed a laptop easy to use, for personal stuff, and internet browsing, fun apps and streaming, this one has it all, I can hook it to my Chromecast or via HDMI cable to any monitor/TV.

Only one issue arose, but it is the fault of Chrome OS and NOT of Acer or its harware. After the second charging of the battery I noticed that it would only charge to 96%. It would charge, just not past 96% and the charge light would never turn blue like it is supposed to when fully charged. In the settings it also never showed a completed charge. Did some research and found that this is a problem of Chrome OS and not the hardware. Powerwashed the device and depleted and recharged the device about 3 times and as of right now it was able to charge to 100% and register full under the settings. Other than that I have been very pleased with this device.
