This lap top is junk do not buy. I’ve had this nitro 5 for 1 year and the mother board is toast. Tried to contact acer and they told me it was out of warranty. This lap top maybe had a weeks worth of use and it’s already junk. Don’t go cheap buy American

I am a 66yr old man with Red/Green colour blindness. The keyboard was so hard to read (even on full brightness) that I sent it back on that alone. If you are a young dude or someone with good eyesight it wont be a problem to you. I also learned that some Nitros have a menu where you can change the keyboard colour, not my one. I learnt: Turn the lights off and see what colour the keys are, if White you have RGB if Red, they stay Red.

Después de unos meses de uso con este computador estaba trabajando bien hasta que hoy fui a prenderlo y los ventiladores más que todo el ventilador dela cpu está haciendo un ruido impresionante trata de quitarle el polvo pero aún así sigue sonando intensamente y tiene muy altas temperaturas intenté formatear el computador reinstalando los drivers y el problema no tiene solución necesito que me den una solución O que me devuelvan mi dinero ya que el soporte para este producto de momento que me han prestado es malísimo.

Save yourself the time and buy something else. I thought Id try my luck against the reviews. Sadly they proved to be correct. Dont buy.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my oldest son for gaming, it works great and he is having a blast plating all his favorite games

Got this machine for my kids for general use and gaming. There were a few negative Amazon reviews which I wanted to add some perspective to - in case it helps someone.

After 6 months the screen is completely black. Hoping the manufacturer will help with some sort of warranty

Laptop showed up defective. It wouldnt charge or turn on. I also could hear what sounded like a loose part rolling around inside the computer when tilting it.
