> 3 dayI love using this laptop thats faster, more powerful and more smooth. It wont cause any freezed. It might be a bit hot when youre playing high quality games, it has two powerful fans that exhaust hot air to keep it runs well. It is a bit noisy, but Im sure its really worth it.

Greater than one weekThe laptop itself has had no issues and runs fine, but the problem is that you can only connect one external monitor. The fact that its labeled as a gaming computer but you can only connect one external monitor is laughable. I thought going with a gaming computer to work from home would ensure I had no issues running multiple screens but I was wrong. Sure, you can buy a docking station but they run on a usb-c that this computer doesnt have. It does have a usb-c but not the kind you need to run a docking station apparently.

> 3 dayBought this laptop on March 25 and it is now June 3. Started having issues last week. Screen kept turning blue and yes everything is updated. It happened again last night. Now for some strange reason my product doesn’t show that it’s registered but it is and I have insurance. I tried reregistering and nothing happened. I’m not sure if it’s this laptop in general or what but I did see on a forum that someone had the same problem and eventually decided on getting a new laptop.

> 3 dayOkay so the title of this review maybe misleading, but I noticed this is one of the biggest issue with this machine, it even got me the first time. Had to order a replacement. When that came in same issue no power.

13-06-2025Would not charge or turn on. Acer support wanted me to send it back so they could try to fix it instead of just replacing it. Amazon refunded.
