The laptop has been performing perfectly so far. The case does seem a little bit on the plastic side. However, if you take even reasonable care I dont see that being an issue.

Mostly used for business work for online use. Play Valorant every now and than. Everything works flawlessly.

This machine is quite fast for a gaming laptop with a great refresh rate that makes games and action films look spectacular. Overall good price for a great gaming laptop.

Great laptop. Description lead me to believe the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (DisplayPort) was actually a Display port. It is not therefore I am returning.

Highly recommended! Great quality, came fast and well packaged. Got it for my daughter to start streaming and for games as I do myself. Its a great alternative to a desk top gaming pc. I love it and got it all set up, accounts and all, for her. Most importantly she loves it!

I havent found any real problems with this laptop yet, has a program mapped to a key that allows you to change the mode from battery saving to optimal performance which is really handly. The same program has other features like allowing you to manually control the speed of both of its 2 internal fans (one for cpu and one for gpu). Awesome little laptop for its price point, great for all around use and runs most games at max settings with decent frame rate. Definitely worth the money to me.

Soooooo dissapointed. I finally pull the trigger on getting a gaming laptop and it doesnt work. It turned on once when i 1st plugged it in then auto shut off and hasnt turned on or charged again since. It wasnt even on 30min and all i was doing was lleaving it idle while using my phone to reset one of my passwords so i could use spotify on the laptop....the wall outlet works fine, have tried it with multiple things but the laptop wont turn on and the charger indicator isnt indicating...i logged into my microsoft already and now i cant even log out of it before i return it because it wont turn on. Also the refund takes at least 2 weeks.
