I love this laptop. I personally dont do any high end games but I do run Guild Wars 2 on max settings and it runs great. I also use it for streaming and switch apps constantly with no issues. Im so glad I got this laptop

also the 3050ti died, within a couple days. also the cpu and gpu (when it was working) was getting super hot due to all the bloatware, these slim laptops werent meant for power house hardware packed into tiny compartments.

Would be possible to have so bad luck in life, I have ordered the computer so excited about it and then when it arrives the computer doesnt work, it didnt turn on and charged. The real thing is that Ive never expected that it could happen. Why does the company make sure of the correct functioning of their devices?

We purchased this machine for the specific purpose of downgrading the OS to Windows 10 64 bit for use with some proprietary software that we use in the entertainment industry. The OS rollback went smoothly except for the audio driver. Hats off to Acers tech support! We were on the phone with them for 10 minutes, and the problem was solved with a replacement driver. The best part was we received no hassle from them about rolling back the OS on the machine. The unit is very fast, and the adaptive cooling which is crucial for us works very well. The most impressive feature was the new style screen technology. We lowered the resolution, and nothing become fuzzy, or blurry at all. the text is still crisp, and the graphics are excellent. For the price this is a great must buy if you want a quality machine that will stay relevant for several years, and not break the bank today when you buy it.

Got this bad boy for school and casual gaming, screen works just fine and everything boots up just nice. I havent gone too heavy into triple A titles yet but so far the performance is pretty good and doesnt get loud or hot. Will update in a few weeks or months. In terms of budget, cant be beat for the class of hardware its got.

I sent my laptop for repair 3 times. First time it came back working for a little while. Second time it came back saying No Bootable Device. I called tech support to try and get it to boot up three times. On third time they said to send it in for repair. On this time it came back with a letter saying insects found and on repair paper said water damage. Its never been near any fluid or bugs. They refused to fix it. I then sent it to Asurion for repair. They inform me it has no hard drive. I call Acer and they try to tell me( now) that it didnt have a hard drove the second time I sent it in. I have not sent it to anyone else for repair but Acer prior to Asurion.
