El único detalle, es que en la ram, tiene 2 de 8gb y si le quieres aumentar, tienes que sustituir una en lugar de solo agregarla

Pues esta bastante bien para el precio que esta es bastante rapida con la memoria SDD y ademas luego de actualizarla se ve todo bastante fluido ahora solo quiero agregarle otros 16 gb de ram mas para tener 32 de ram .

Build quality was good, though screen wobbles a bit while typing. Processor was great i7 with lots of power, DDR4 ram in 2023 for such price is absolutely not worth it, GPU 3050ti was mediocre, nothing special . Gen 4 SSD was good though. Cooling with side and back vents was good. Keyboard was very nice, soft keys with full numeric keyboard and backlit. SCREEN WAS HORRIBLE. I can expect this kind of screens in around 400 to 500$ budget laptops, but at this price point this is not acceptable at all. Colors were extremely washed out, brownish hue over every color, red looked brownish orange, green looked brownish light green. Brightness was also kind of low, not even 300 nits, probably around 270 nits. RETURNED because of such poor quality of display. Acer support was terrible, they had no clue . Use better quality of display from Sharp/NEC or even AUO( AU Optronics) but with better sRGB / Adobe RGB. Colors on my 2017 Dell g3 were much much better than this laptop. RETURNED .

We purchased this machine for the specific purpose of downgrading the OS to Windows 10 64 bit for use with some proprietary software that we use in the entertainment industry. The OS rollback went smoothly except for the audio driver. Hats off to Acers tech support! We were on the phone with them for 10 minutes, and the problem was solved with a replacement driver. The best part was we received no hassle from them about rolling back the OS on the machine. The unit is very fast, and the adaptive cooling which is crucial for us works very well. The most impressive feature was the new style screen technology. We lowered the resolution, and nothing become fuzzy, or blurry at all. the text is still crisp, and the graphics are excellent. For the price this is a great must buy if you want a quality machine that will stay relevant for several years, and not break the bank today when you buy it.

Terrible product, this laptop will not turn on!

I thought wow what a steal for the price, a 1TB SSD, a 17 inch screen? Received the Laptop in 2 days, unboxed it and admired the look, plugged it in and nothing. Plugged it in again and….. nothing. Called Amazon and was told I would need to call the manufacturer. I had to state to the person that I was not going to do that and that I wanted to return it. The representative then said I would receive a gift card and again I had to say no and that I wanted a full refund.

They are selling used and defective items as new. It would not turn on out of the box. I called Acer support and it was already claimed on a manufacturer warranty per the serial number. STAY AWAY
