Opened it on Christmas day and plugged it in. After multiple outlets both with and without surge protectors it would not charge or turn on. Now I have to burn a sick day at work to wait on UPS to do a home pickup because that is the only return option. As a side note this laptop doesnt even have any form of instructions or start up guide in the box you have to google it. 0 out of 5 stars.

A really great gaming laptop, especially for the very reasonable price.

Bought this laptop on March 25 and it is now June 3. Started having issues last week. Screen kept turning blue and yes everything is updated. It happened again last night. Now for some strange reason my product doesn’t show that it’s registered but it is and I have insurance. I tried reregistering and nothing happened. I’m not sure if it’s this laptop in general or what but I did see on a forum that someone had the same problem and eventually decided on getting a new laptop.

Overall, satisfied with the quality of the product. It is really good, and I think the price is just great. Everything is exactly as it is described and advertised.

Be better with a stronger battery then the one that comes with it but other then that no problems even does vr well

NOTE: My model came with the i5-11400H and 16GB ram (AN515-57-5700)

I like it

It is amazing. I played a lot of games in it but the only problem is the rtx 3050 gets so hot and quickly hits 100% usage. Perhaps an extra fan under the laptop will do fine. Beside it getting hot it will work just fine. It makes no problems in games. No black screens no crashes. Windows 11 is an extra plus, and 1 months of game pass is a little favor if you ask me.
