I used it this laptop only 1.5 years. And now it’s burned. I never used it for gaming or hard environment. Just for studying. Always on a table with good ventilation. But this piece of trash broke in one wonderful day. Thank you Acer for all. I’ll never buy any kind of devices with Acer label.

This could be a very good laptop and if it didnt have its few major flaws it would probably be 5 stars. The major issue most of all is the thermals. Just idling in certain games with a -160 undervolt and my cpu downclocked by 400mhz its still hitting 95c. This is after sending it back for repair because of the same issue. Received the laptop back worked great for 2 weeks and back to the same thermal issues. I am going to try to put different thermal paste on it but its going to void my warranty so ive been hesitant.

This laptop does lots of things good. But not really anything great.

Wel presented, quality built, easy to use, screen really clear and good colour representation, track pad not bad but also not great, very happy with the purchase

Wonderful laptop, I use it to play Apex, R6 and Ark and it seems to do really well. The battery life is almost nonexistent though, but that is to be expected. Wouldnt suggest having it in your lap as it can get extremely hot. Other than that though, its great!

People that say this is the best budget gaming laptop is a lie. After first unboxing the laptop it looked very appealing with the casing, however after many hours of configurations and use, this laptop is a pretty bad buy due to the abysmal battery life and heat management.

Absolute gem of a machine! I could go on and on about everything I love about this laptop. But simply put, it’s easily the best laptop gaming rig out there for the price. Desktop GPUs are unheard of in a gaming laptop, yet, Acer put one in here. The screen is beautiful, the keyboard is perfectly laid out, and I can run benchmark games like Apex Legends and Assassins Creed: Odyssey on high - ultra high.

Great laptop, use it for maya, zbrush and other 3D intense programs and it handles it all with no struggle, perfect for animation student

The first time I bought this laptop, it arrived with a malfunctioning key. Acer wanted me to pay for the shipping to have it repaired/replaced (which was quite pricey), and said the process would take weeks, so I replaced it through amazon instead (which only took 2 days and was free). The second laptop I received overheats when playing games (CPU temps average 95 celsius within 5 minutes of playing the witcher 3). Getting that fixed also requires sending it in. But thats not the worst part. One of the keys on my keyboard recently fell off, after 4 months of use. Acer wont send me a new key, and they want me to pay $700 to send my laptop in for repairs. $700 TO REPLACE A &*$@ING KEY. Ill probably never buy another Acer product. This laptop seemed too good to be true, and it was. All those specs at that low of a price came at the cost of terrible manufacturing quality.
