> 24 hourI purchased a used version from Amazon as Acceptable. It runs fine, but came with some nice Chinese Malware on it. Always run updated Defender in safe mode and wouldnt hurt to run Malwarebytes, but most importantly, always reinstall Windows yourself after getting pre-built systems.

> 24 hourStraight out of the box, it did not power on. Called Alienware/Dell customer service and they had me remove all components and retest after adding each component back to test it out. Still didnt power up so they are sending a technician out to work on it. The customer service tech assumes it is a bad motherboard. Update: Technician showed up next day, did no troubleshooting and just replaced the motherboard. The same issues occurred after he did so. He apparently had no knowledge of how to troubleshoot so he called Dell support himself. Finally they all gave up and decided it would be best to send the POS to the dell service center for repairs. They sent a box which was undersized for the alienware case. I miss the original Alienware company before the dell monster ate it.

> 24 hourThe computer meets my needs for performance. The problem is Dell. Dell migrate that came with the PC did not work well. it transferred my files but I didnt know were to. Then every time there is a Dell update it does not go smooth. Ive gotten to where every time I see that the lights have changed back to the default color I cuss Dell.

> 24 hourPros: When it worked, it worked really well. Looks great, pretty customizable. Cons: Rarely worked coming out of the box. Multiple crashes during gaming (not even for long periods of time). Didnt even have a chance to download all the programs I had on my old computer. One game and some software was all the was downloaded. Also froze multiple times, had to hard reset it. I had high hopes for this purchases unfortunately, this was not it. Sent it back after one weekend of gaming. I would avoid this product.

> 24 hourI bought this in good faith since Ive had great luck with my Alienware laptop, but this desktop was a hunk of junk. Out of the box with no programs or games installed it was laggy and crashed a couple times giving blue screens. I reinstalled windows and then installed some games, games would go through huge lag spikes and crash, and every now and then It would get another blue screen. My laptop never had any of these troubles. The Desktop even blue screened when emptying the trash bin or when installing updates. I ended up installing windows 10 on it incase 11 was the problem and it still didnt help, I installed the updates directly from Dells site and it didnt help, I was on tech support for days and they didnt help. This was a complete waste of time. Maybe I just got a bad one, but you would think for how expensive these are they would do some kind of testing before selling them.

> 24 hourI’ve been waiting 25 years to get my hands on an Alienware system. This one does not disappoint. It’s system fans barely hum during normal games and speed up only slightly during a game set to Ultra graphics settings. For years, I’ve had to check game requirements to see if my computer could run the minimum specs(?). Now, that’s no longer a concern. I can run any game I want and at maximum settings.

> 24 hourPlug and play, 3080 handles everything with ease(video editing/ games/ tools). You can play any game on 1440p getting above 150 to 200 fps. New case and liquid cooling is great for thermals. You also get 1 year dell warranty not sure why there are some negative reviews, I mean you get a dead pc, return it or check with dell. Dell support gets your drivers and softwares up-to date. The new case is awesome and looks crazy. Get it before they’re gone, you won’t regret this purchase.
