I bought a four-pack of these smart plugs last year and after deploying them, I got a second set recently. Easy to add. I would note that one of the first 4 failed after about a year of usage, so I cannot rate the longevity at this point.

After many try’s to hook up to WiFi, I finally have hooked them up as smart socket and smart socket 2. It’s nice to control lights or whatever you want by using IPhone.

Easy set up, nice auto features. Simple but super useful gadgets.

2 out of the 4 pack stopped working after 5 months of use. Started clicking on/off and won’t stop until unplugged.

The set up is a little annoying. You have to use the manufacturers app, then you have to have the Alexa app. It is straight forward enough, but seriously, we should be at the point, where I should be able to just tell Alexa to add a new device, right? And there is one more random fact, which is that the plug can only be voice activated from one of your Alexa devices. Why? Who knows. But it is cool to be able to turn on a light from the app. Very cool.

Normally, I can tell in a short period of time if I’m going to like a thing or not. These were the first smart outlets I purchased to test new technology. They were average to connect, not hard nor easy. Unfortunately, I’ve already lost one to electronic mortality. I set these to turn on and off at sunrise and sunset as the need requires. Since purchase two years ago, that means it has roughly been cycled 365x4 times or 1460 times. I bought a pack of 4 and one is dead. That’s a 25% failure rate. Otherwise, they operate fine. Because of the mortality, I’m rating them a 2. Follow-on from review two months ago. Another one bites the dust. Now only two of this brand out of the original four are left. Don’t waste your money. Buy something with more longevity.

Only a couple of times does one of my plugs seem like it works 80% of the time but it might be cause its a distance from my router? Other than that these are all hooked up to my Alexa and works great. I have almost everything automatic now. I dont have to go manually turn on and off lights, Scentsies, cameras, etc. All can be done while on the couch or even while Im out of the house. Had to order some for my sister.

Love how it works. They could improve the on-off switch. When you plug it in, the power/Wi-Fi button is hard to get to. On the bottom, so when you’re close to the floor it’s hard to see what color it’s glowing. Also, written instructions are small, could be clearer, and were hidden on the side of the box. It took some doing but glad I bought them!

I’ve been used these sockets for many years already. This time I decided to add a few sockets, but received defective. Seller’s support immediately sent be a replacement and now it works well! As of the device itself, if it’s not defective, no issues so far! I’ll certainly buy it again!
