    Greater than one week

These are PERFECT for our Christmas tree lights. The cords are plugged in behind the couch and moving the couch every time is a pain in the butt! and Rather than having to remember to shut them off or turn them on, or leaving them on all the time, I set the timer and BOOM! I have one on each of my christmas trees and I have them programed separate. Easy set up! Why didnt I do this sooner!?!?

    Bought 4. 2 are dead after ~ 2 years.

This will be the third time I buy these. I’m kind of hooked into the app and the routines and it has really been working and helping a lot. One of them died, but I’m glad it stopped in the off position. I do need another one in that spot so I’m going to purchase a few more. They are 99.9% reliable to stay online. The one that was dying first started to go off-line. I guess that would be a signal that one’s about to fail. Not everything lasts forever. I’ve been using these heavily for quite a few months.

Fast delivery but couldn’t get it to connect to internet . Multiple people tried so I think it might be a bad plug. I waited to long to return it so I’m not giving it a bad review . I’m sure the seller would have made the exchange . It was my bad .

The initial installation was a bit confusing with smart life app because it always redirect me to the browser to install the app when i already have it installed in my phone in the first place. And the fact that the scanning of the bar code is not being accepted and redirects me to to install the app. But after a couple of trial and error, i was able to install it successfully and was able to add others in the household who will use it. Be aware that after adding personin your household, and before they use it, you will encounter the switch in the app to be turned on when in fact it is off. After turning the switch off and on, this will reflect the app status now.

It works well and reliably. Admittedly, its a matter of taste, but hearing this switch click whenever a lamp, say, is turned on or off is a bit off putting to me. Otherwise, it works great and the app is really easy to use (most of the time I use Alexa, though).

I open a store and this has instantly changed my life. No more ladders to plug store lights

I use three of these all the time. I wake up to lights in the morning to keep me from sleeping in, thanks to the Timer feature and I can turn them on or off with my iPhone or with the little power button on the side, so you dont need a Smartphone to make these things work, but its more fun if you do!

With my old wifi, this set up was done in minutes. It worked so well, I bought a second one for another device. However, by this point, I had upgraded to an Eero Pro 6. Apparently, the Eero Pro 6 puts out 2.4 & 5 ghz signals simultaneously, so there shouldnt be an issue. I have other 2.4ghz products and I dont remember having this much issue connecting those items. However, this plug wouldnt connect no matter what I did. I finally went on the Eero website to see if I can get get a clue by reading the help section. Sure enough, one of the reps recommended a low tech solution, and it worked perfectly for me, I hope itll help you too. Connecting 2.4ghz Products: If a device manufacturer requires the 2.4GHz frequency, the most straightforward (although admittedly low-tech) is simply to power down any extra eeros and physically move further away from the primary unit – this will help your phone connect on 2.4GHz so that you can proceed with iDevice setup.
