> 3 dayEasy to install. You need to make sure you have access to your 2.4GHz wifi network. Once you do that the setup is through your phone (iphone in my case) where you find the device using their app over bluetooth and then it gets setup as a wifi device. You can then ask Alexa to search for devices. The only thing I will say is make sure you give the sockets sensible names when you set them up as this is how Alexa identifies them. Eg call the TV one “TV”, etc. They have the ability to add timers too so that works well for me as I have things set up on timers.

Greater than one weekThe initial installation was a bit confusing with smart life app because it always redirect me to the browser to install the app when i already have it installed in my phone in the first place. And the fact that the scanning of the bar code is not being accepted and redirects me to to install the app. But after a couple of trial and error, i was able to install it successfully and was able to add others in the household who will use it. Be aware that after adding personin your household, and before they use it, you will encounter the switch in the app to be turned on when in fact it is off. After turning the switch off and on, this will reflect the app status now.

> 3 dayI’ve been used these sockets for many years already. This time I decided to add a few sockets, but received defective. Seller’s support immediately sent be a replacement and now it works well! As of the device itself, if it’s not defective, no issues so far! I’ll certainly buy it again!

> 3 dayI love it - thats why I keep buying it. But it lasts about 14 to 18 months. Thats why I bought 5 of them, since the bluetooth stops working properly after 14 to 18 months. I see from my Amazon order history that yes, I keep buying one 14 to 18 months since they break. I think warranty is 1 year. My last one lasted 7 months. but its great when it works!

> 3 dayAll set up 3 works great but one does not work the blue light will come on and it let me connect it to alexa but when blue light is on the power isnt passing through the plug to a lamp I have it plugged to I tried another plug on same lamp and it worked great then retried the faulty plug on 3 other lamps same problem so came to the conclusion that one of the 4 ifls faulty so deserves a 75% rating because 3/4s work great and 1/4 foesent work at all

> 3 dayIn terms of features these are great and setup was not difficult. My complaint is that I have had two (of 4) fail within four years. Perhaps Im asking too much but this was under light loads and I dont think the short lifespan is acceptable.

> 3 dayOnly a couple of times does one of my plugs seem like it works 80% of the time but it might be cause its a distance from my router? Other than that these are all hooked up to my Alexa and works great. I have almost everything automatic now. I dont have to go manually turn on and off lights, Scentsies, cameras, etc. All can be done while on the couch or even while Im out of the house. Had to order some for my sister.

> 3 dayFast delivery but couldn’t get it to connect to internet . Multiple people tried so I think it might be a bad plug. I waited to long to return it so I’m not giving it a bad review . I’m sure the seller would have made the exchange . It was my bad .
