At first it was great! I have a ceiling lamp plugged into it. Got it synced with the app no problem Today 4.5months later (got in april) it began turning on/off intermittently. I first thought it was the outlet but plugged into other outlets and same result. Then whenever plugged in it does this clicking noise from the unit too. I’ve unplugged and will just toss. Really enjoyed it but should last longer.

I own about fifteen or so of these and they work fine but for one item. I have my stereo in the garage with wired speakers throughout the house. When I want the music on, the plug will turn on the stereo. Later, when the garage is locked and I want the music OFF, the plug will not respond. I have tried three different plugs, they all work well on other lights, etc., but they will NOT turn the music OFF. I have written to various sites, but have not received a single response, even a beats me.

I bought 4 & 1 failed after a year & the company replaced it free. Two thumbs up.

Only a couple of times does one of my plugs seem like it works 80% of the time but it might be cause its a distance from my router? Other than that these are all hooked up to my Alexa and works great. I have almost everything automatic now. I dont have to go manually turn on and off lights, Scentsies, cameras, etc. All can be done while on the couch or even while Im out of the house. Had to order some for my sister.

2 out of the 4 pack stopped working after 5 months of use. Started clicking on/off and won’t stop until unplugged.

Easy set up, nice auto features. Simple but super useful gadgets.

Love this WiFi plug. The app was easy to get and to set up and connect to my internet router. Took all of maybe 2 minutes. You just plug it in and have your phone in your hand. Download the free Smart Life app. Plug comes with directions that are easy to follow. The app is very easy to use as well. Love how I can turn light on/off with app on my phone, just tap the picture of the plug (see my screen shots of my phone app). I also have it scheduled to turn light on and off at a certain time every day. You can individualize each days schedule if you want as far as the times it turns on and off. Also you can have it NOT turn on at all if you want on certain days. The times are in military time so that took me a minute to calculate what time 11pm would be, but thats just my lack of familiarity with using military time. There is an option that allows you to have it turn on/off at random times. I have not used this feature yet. There is also a timer feature that allows you to turn the light (or whatever you have plugged into it) on a have it stay on for a set length of time. Lets say you want to leave it on for 30 min. set timer and it will turn off in 30 min.! You can use also manually press the button on the plug itself to turn things on/off. You can label rooms in your home and keep adding new WiFi plugs to your app. It is great to know that if you are not home and you want to turn a light on, you can. I am still working on figuring out how to use all the voice control features. I am going to purchase more of these. I am sure this is going to save on my electric bill as there will be no more falling asleep on the couch with the light left on for hours.

These are PERFECT for our Christmas tree lights. The cords are plugged in behind the couch and moving the couch every time is a pain in the butt! and Rather than having to remember to shut them off or turn them on, or leaving them on all the time, I set the timer and BOOM! I have one on each of my christmas trees and I have them programed separate. Easy set up! Why didnt I do this sooner!?!?

Easy to get connected and running. Great for lights and small electronics, I have a tiny space heater in my basement I was hoping to hook up to it. After the first use the plug socket stopped working mid-use. Tried using the same plug socket with just lamp, tried resetting the plug socket. I think that the little space heater blew it out.

All set up 3 works great but one does not work the blue light will come on and it let me connect it to alexa but when blue light is on the power isnt passing through the plug to a lamp I have it plugged to I tried another plug on same lamp and it worked great then retried the faulty plug on 3 other lamps same problem so came to the conclusion that one of the 4 ifls faulty so deserves a 75% rating because 3/4s work great and 1/4 foesent work at all
