I was super skeptical at first about buying a refurbished one but its just as great as a brand new one. My son didnt know the difference. Great purchase.

I find no fault!

I received a damaged product, to be specific the screen had a white internal smudge, not exactly dead pixels but Im not sure. Returned the product, still awaiting to receive a working product. Not happy as this was meant to be a birthday present.

I ordered the 1st generation IPad Pro mainly for web surfing and word processing. This tablet does these with ease. The product itself arrived a day earlier than expected, was indistinguishable from new, and charged to 100% after a few hours. It is much faster that the Ipad Air it replaced and still is updateable. The images are crystal clear and upload very rapidly. I also purchased a stylus pencil and a keyboard that makes this, in effect, a laptop computer. I could not be more pleased to this point. Now just if Apple continues its support….

The battery is going so fast, lose 5% battery in 10 minutes, thats abnormal

Bought this Ipad Pro as amazon guaranteed renewed product and at 100 days after purchase and minimal use it died. the guarantee is for 90 days and you can not extend further. Took it to Apple for diagnostics they said it is dead and can not be repaired. Who ever renewed it didnt know what they were doing. I can not get refund or replacement from Amazon as you cant make contact with them with Covid.
