Wow! Just like brand new. Setup was a breeze! I should have done this a lot sooner. Thanks amazon. Not a scratch or blemish. Love it.

Had for 2 months then screen started glitch and lines showed up. Next day the screen was black. The company wouldn’t even talk to me about trying to fix it. Said they offer 30 day warranty and that’s it even during this pandemic wouldn’t help out. Very disappointing. Lesson learned, Don’t buy renewed!!

Battery (charge) life is terrible

My first iPad wouldnt hold a charge for very long, roughly 2-3 hours. I was able to talk to the vendor and they agreed to exchange it. It didnt take very long for my new one to arrive once receive my old one. and my new holds a charge for much longer.

I feel like I made a right purchase. The iPad Pro that I received looked brand new. The only flaw I found was as others have mentioned in that the charger with mine was defective. It does not charge what-so-ever. But that was fine with me. I purchased the 12w charger and it works fine.
