Purchased this iPad for a great price and seen the warranty. The battery unfortunately wouldn’t hold a charge. I took it to Apple to have the batter replaced. I emailed them about trying to be reimbursed for the battery so to it not working as their quality control said it would. I received an email back saying that they could not replace it or issue a partial refund so to it being tampered with. So you’re telling me Apple cannnot replace a battery on something they produced?

I received a damaged product, to be specific the screen had a white internal smudge, not exactly dead pixels but Im not sure. Returned the product, still awaiting to receive a working product. Not happy as this was meant to be a birthday present.

IPad arrived quickly and in like-new shape. Unfortunately, the battery drains with minimal use.

This iPad came fully functional with no dents or scratches or so it seemed at first. Upon plugging in the lightning cable to charge and it would only charge for one second at a time. In fact leaving it to charge on the charger depleted the battery from constantly notifying the recognition of the charger.

Love my ipad and especially since I dont have to worry and how many apps I install now. I had one with only 16G and love that I now have 128G.

My iPad Pro 9.7 arrived on time and in excellent condition from DealFisher. There is one small scratch to the screen, barely noticeable, and no dents to the device. The iPad was well secured in a brown cardboard box, with plenty of foam and plastic wrapping. The iPad was a 15% charge when it arrived, and booted up without issue. One thing to note, the charger that came with the device is NOT an iPad charger. That doesnt matter to me, as I already had one at home anyway. The iPad charged up as expected and without issue with the charger I had at home. The device comes with a 90-day warranty through DealFisher, but as far as the Apple limited warranty, my devices coverage was already expired. Not a big deal, IMO, to save over $100 on the insanely priced iPad Pro both new and refurb on Apples website. If you are reluctant to purchase a refurb device through Amazon, I encourage you to go ahead. This is a great deal!

Delivered within a few days, looks & works like new. Packaged nicely. No complaints, Great price!

I was expecting to have problems with this since it was through a third party and refurbished, but we truly havent had any issues. So happy we purchased refurbished through amazon
