iPad is the way to go, and remanufactored.... same quality lower price. So far nothing bad to say about this purchase.

Product was bought as a Christmas gift for myself. It arrived in great condition. Easy set up. No marks or cracks. Was able to transfer information from old iPad to this one with no issues. Would purchase from this vendor again.

Suddenly this iPad starts to act up and keeps reacting to being plugged in for charge when it is not charging. I know it was not brand new but these are silly issues that should have been rectified fully. Now it affects my whole work life and I cannot use this to make presentations or so anything productive. Sigh, worst thing!

Took a chance and ordered a refurbished 2016 iPad Pro tablet -- cost me 2/3 of new tablet and so far Im LOVING it! It didnt have a single scratch or mark on it that would indicate prior ownership, and its speedy, user-friendly (important feature for us +50 generation) and it does everything I could want except walk the dog. Good size, became an awesome unit with a separately-purchased keypad/cover, and Im at great risk of becoming addicted to it.
