    I use this product my mini iPad to check my email Facebook check social media anything play a game on it so so I don’t know if you please fix it for me I would be appreciate it thank you I don’t know about the battery life or the touchscreen because my tablet is not working the battery is not charging thanks

    So disappointing. The Ipad did not even turn on. Had to send it back asap and they didnt even pay for the shipping label. I had to pay $13.00 on top of everything else to send it back.

    came damaged. What a rip off. Is advertised as excellent with no screen scratches. The return label charges postage to return!

    My first iPad wouldnt hold a charge for very long, roughly 2-3 hours. I was able to talk to the vendor and they agreed to exchange it. It didnt take very long for my new one to arrive once receive my old one. and my new holds a charge for much longer.

    Item received was in great condition. Only flaw is minor scratches at top left corner edge, which are not on usable part of screen and are invisible under screen protector anyway. After market charger is a non issue, I have plenty from other devices. Very happy.

    I will give it a 3 because it gives the NOISE problem. You know, that noise of interference, with no reason, just randomly sounds like that. Not sure what is the root cause, thats the job of the guys doing the refurbishing... I hope this can get improved.

    Had for 2 months then screen started glitch and lines showed up. Next day the screen was black. The company wouldn’t even talk to me about trying to fix it. Said they offer 30 day warranty and that’s it even during this pandemic wouldn’t help out. Very disappointing. Lesson learned, Don’t buy renewed!!
