Definitely refurbished, screen had scratches, has glitches, still does it’s job but a little slower

iPad continues to get hot

product will not turn on, says it needed to be charged. I have tried every apple charger and every outlet and it will not turn on. I have gotten very little supports and this device holds all my notes for collegiate finals. Very very upset, as I bought an apple pencil, case, and screen protector for this product. Over $500 down the drain!!
