We bought this and after several delays and complaints about the delays our tablet has arrived. The setup and use of this tablet was simple enough and what we mainly use it for movies and entertainment purposes this tablet has worked perfectly.

This refurbished iPad charges fast and dies fast...plus, the camera didn’t work for video calls (I cannot be seen by any party I call.) I got immediate approval to return it, but decided to keep it: For the price, it serves well as a spare.

Bought this Ipad Pro as amazon guaranteed renewed product and at 100 days after purchase and minimal use it died. the guarantee is for 90 days and you can not extend further. Took it to Apple for diagnostics they said it is dead and can not be repaired. Who ever renewed it didnt know what they were doing. I can not get refund or replacement from Amazon as you cant make contact with them with Covid.

I brought this to gift my mom for her birthday Got disappointed as it did not on even after full charge.

I was nervous buying refurbished of course but my iPad came with NO defects and the software is incredible. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!!

came damaged. What a rip off. Is advertised as excellent with no screen scratches. The return label charges postage to return!
