> 3 dayI was looking forward to my first Asus laptop after using HP products for over 10 years. Right away I was wishing I had purchased an Omen or Envy. The set up process was difficult, getting used to the various quirks and making disappointing discoveries day after day. After about a week I had it all set up the way I liked it. Several months later things began to go downhill. The audio jack failed, now the wifi card is on its way out. The integrated speakers are garbage and it runs hot. Hotter than my 7 year old Envy. I will say that the Geforce card is great as well as the Ryzen processor. Removing the underbelly to perform upgrades is tricky and should be done with caution. Ill be using this as a back-up laptop.

> 3 dayThis is an entry level gaming laptop although it is quite powerful. The price is also reduced, thanks to AMD Ryzen 5 (similar laptop with Intel would cost $100 more). I rate it 5-star mainly because of the proprietary of anti-dust cooling system. This is important as I play Skyrim for long hours over the weekend and I dont want performance degradation due to system overheat (however moving fans also means some noise). Lastly Asus is a trusted brand with great durability and after-sales services.

> 3 dayI got this Laptop as a Christmas gift from my wife. Opened it on 12/26/19 and less than a month in, I am having issues. The GPU is having issues and I cant even play games because I am getting a LoadLibrary error which is saying that the graphics driver needs to be updated but it is up to date and still getting this issue. I should not being having an issue for only having it lessthan a month and I only play on the weekends since I work during the week. So its not like Ive worn it out already. It worked fine for the first few weeks. It played well on all games (except Rainbow six siege and EFT, it would not load me into either game, I would get kicked out). But ultimately I am returning this laptop and hoping to get a better one that wont have this issue.

> 3 dayI downloaded steam, dota2, and starcraft 2 with all 3 expansions. Played a little starcraft and it was seamless on high graphic. Fans are a little loud but expected. Get speakers or a headset. All and all so far I am super happy!

> 3 dayI was looking for a decent rig I could edit digital pics on when not at home or when I simply dont want to be chained to the desk. I was also looking for a decent machine to avoid adulting with. I upgraded the ram from 8 to 32 and added a 1tb SSD with ZERO effort. The screen is not only about as accurate as they come but can be viewed from almost any angle. Performance? Way beyond expectations... Blew me away. Way more laptop than the pricetag would suggest. Even the relatively short battery life is better than I thought it would be for the performance this little bad boy pumps out. Id definitely recommend this guy to anyone looking for a machine that operates well above average in every regard. Nice work Asus!

> 3 dayIve been a console gamer for a decade and wanted to fiddle with PC gaming again. Couple this with my 8 year old everyday MacBook air showing its age, I figured this laptop would serve as an affordable backup and entertainment device. Im pleasantly surprised at how well its holding up since I received it about 2 weeks ago.

> 3 dayPara manejo de Ps, Ai, Lightroom e InDesign al mismo tiempo, me va super bien, lo malo es que, cuando cierras el equipo, este no entra en suspensión (incluso, cuando lo suspendo manualmente, no entra en ese estado, porque se escuchan las notificaciones del sistema) el equipo sigue trabajando y se calienta ☹️
