Tuve un problema al comprar la laptop, en el almacen se confundieron y enviaron una con otras caracteristicas, me puse en contacto con el vendedor y el resolvio mi problema enviandome lo que correspondia. Estoy muy conforme.

Buena computadora, llego antes de tiempo por lo que el envío estuvo muy bien, me funciona excelente y vino en perfecto estado.

Yea I bought this laptop for 800 dollars and it didn’t even come with 120hz monitor. The only options I get are 40 and 60... very disappointed

En cuanto la recibí, cambié de sistema a Manjaro. Actualmente la uso con Windows y Ubuntu, no me ha dado problemas y se puede usar perfectamente bluetooth, impresora wifi, combinaciones de teclas para luz y sonido, etc. No ha presentado fallas.

Magnificent. The best powerful laptop your money can buy.

Within 24 hours of receiving this laptop it started having some serious issues.Random Freezing and black screens ending in forced restarts. Consistent connectivity issues, hardware problems, and at the end of its life, a dead screen. THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME THING. This happens frequently with ASUS laptops, especially these models. The QC at ASUS is TERRIBLE. Avoid these laptops at all costs! Dont think because the specs are good for the price that this is the laptop for you. Its cheap for a reason! trust me please, this isnt the first ASUS ive had these problems with, and several other customers have given these laptops 1 star reviews for similar reasons. I made the mistake of giving an ASUS laptop a second try. Please dont make the same mistake yourself steer clear and spread the word. I will never trust an ASUS laptop again.
