Save your money, this laptop is terrible and wont last. Freezes constantly, cant go for more than 20 mins without needed to force restart this thing. It only worked smoothly for about a month. I build my own computers and have never had this experience with a computer before.

This laptop won’t run world of Warcraft because it isn’t up to date. I want to throw this laptop away and I’ve only had it for a year. Is it too late for a refund? *sigh*

I really like this. it was a gift and i throw everything at it. Playing FPS games and Racing games. i use it for audio and video production without issues. but first thing you should do is windows updates before you install anything on this. i might take several hours. just keep doing the updates until there are no more updates. then start installing games and software.

I bought this laptop to use for gaming since my old one broke. It runs all my games at ultra quality and the computer itself looks great too! Id recommend getting some extra storage for it though!

The model I received was not the same as advertised. The one I received only was 60hz refresh rate, not 120 like the description. That was a key factor in my purchase. Product was returned and refunded.

Had to return the laptop, it was going to a blue screen after one hour of use then shutting off

I like a lot of the features on this laptop but it has some serious issues. The track pad just stops working sometimes. And most importantly, I got a blue screen of death while playing games with my family last night. It’s meant to be a gaming laptop but it couldn’t handle Jackbox????

Update after over a month of usage: This is a great laptop for gaming. My wife uses it to run the Sims 3 or WoW for hours and hours at a time with no heat issues if you do as I describe below and change the power management settings. No overheating issues at all and it does not just run the games they play well and dont lag. I know these are not cutting edge games but most games I or my wife play on this are not newer games. However the GTX 1650 is a very capable card and will work to play most newer games just fine. You are not going to get ultra graphics but you can play them.

I bought this used from Amazon as the merchant and when i was testing it out the keys wouldnt respond correctly like it would keep refreshing pages on its own and would not let you keep typing. (If its in Microsoft edge) whats worse is it would keep interfering the games i downloaded on steam and would not let me play unless i press every button til its normal for a short time being, be careful when buying products used.
