Been using these as my daily driver for 3 years until the hinge on the left ear finally snapped. These things are great - fantastic sound quality, volume and noise cancelling. Will say that the ear pads got tatty quite quickly. The faux leather like material begins to peel away which doesnt look great and gets everywhere. I would definitely recommend, and Ill still be using them as bootleg speakers until I can get something to replace them temporarily.

They are very durable, great sounding, comfortable and work with mobile devices well. I use them everyday on my computer and i couldnt be happier.

They sound perfect. These are the best sounding headphones Ive ever owned and Ive paid more for less. The durability is stellar. For as much as they pivot and flex I wouldve expected them to wear out fast but Ive had them for two years and they might as well be brand new. Definitely up there with the best Sony or V-Moda has to offer.

Para voces femeninas e instrumentos tengo unos Sennheiser HD555 y unos ATH ADX700 (ambos abiertos)...para canciones con más graves utilizo los Sennheiser Momentum o los Hifiman Edition S...todos ellos bastante más caros que los M40X.

I enjoy listening to all sorts of music and was looking for a pair of headphones for myself. I am not a audio fanatic but wanted the sound quality to be good.

After 4 years of usage, my headphones are still working. I have dropped them, I have run over my cable with my computer chair multiple times, and my natural sweat has been on them. The sound quality is yet to change and I would buy another pair if these ever broke.
