These headphones were a gift for my 19 year old son. He uses them everyday along with almost every application on his gaming PC. Although not designed for noise cancellation, they do dampen the sound a fair amount.

The headphone feels like and comfortable for few hours use. However, I do not think this headphone is for media, the sound feels too weak for me.

My current daily driver for listening to music are my new Audio Technica ATH-M40X headphones. These closed over-ear headphones offer a very true to source and clear listening experience due to their flat equaliser setting, allowing me to adjust the settings as I please. After some minor discomfort at first use due to the heavy clamping force of the steel metal band, they are now at a point where I can wear them for many hours comfortably. However they do leave a slight indentation in the volume of my hairstyle even after a short listening time, but thats just something Ill have to live with :D.

Awesome headphones. Music is crystal clear. Best pair Ive ever owned for the price. Would absolutely recommend these headphones.

Absolutely fantastic sound quality. I have owned these headphones for almost a year now and they dont disappoint in style or function. I thought they were too clampy when I first purchased them, but after a week of use (probably 40 hours), they loosened up and are very comfortable. They also retain a new look for quite some time, if you take care of them.

I picked these up to use with my Vive VR system. In VR, you want the purest audio you can get with the least outside sound leaking in. Or at least, a good balance.

Ordered these headphones as a present for a family member. Am really impressed with the sound quality, build and accessories received for the money - these are a total bargain and I wouldnt hesitate in buying more Audio-Technica products in the future!
