> 3 dayExtremely disappointed, this was the last item I needed for my audio setup. Found out after installation that my right rear speaker wasn’t working. Checked all the connections on the amp, LC7i, RCA cables, speaker door, and behind dash and nothing. Reran new wire from dash to the the LC7i in trunk and purchased new RCA cables and still nothing. Ended up finding out the RCA connecter for the speaker was broken on the LC7i. Besides that, helped boost clarity and bass in the other speakers and Sub

> 3 dayLove this product.. if you want to keep your factory stereo but dont want to spend big bucks on the digital sound processors, then this is the unit to go with for factory integration.. I have used it on two installs so far for those who wanted to keep their factory stereos and will continue to do so. A regular loc would technically work to add an amp, however you get signal summing and rca line voltage boost with this unit.. signal summing helps to create a full range audio signal from the factory stereos DSP settings to feed the amps.. good deal..

> 3 daythe LC7i did everything I needed it too and more! i was able to connect 3 amps to the 6 Line output, control my Bass level from my STOCK head unit and yes i did say STOCK. this bad boy worked great for about 3 months and then went kaput. my 6 line output has been reduced to a 2-channel output which doesnt support my 3 amps, 4 RF speakers, and 2 10 RF subs. it was a sad day when this decided to fail on me, but i hope you learn from my lesson....buy the product, but also buy the warranty. hopefully this catches someones attention and they are willing to help me out. best of luck!

> 3 dayWhite noise is horrible in my 2012 ford fusion with sony audio. Been buying car audio for 20 years and this is no good for my car. Makes my alpine pdx amps, type r 12, jl audio components sound like a wal-mart setup. Looking for another converter. Save your money.

> 3 dayThis is by far the best the number 1 thing you need of you are trying to install aftermarket amp and speakers into a new car without having to take the factory radio out of it. New cars and trucks don’t come with RCA’s to hookup an amp and most higher end cars and trucks have the signal already crossed over so that it works well with the factory speakers they put in. Without this, there’s no way o put the signal together after it’s been crossed over. Extremely happy with this purchase. Thank you again

> 3 dayDont waste your time with anything else when adding amps to a new Silverado! This worked flawlessly, and is perfect for using the factory stereo. No noise or hum, and I still have fader control. The only thing I did out of the ordinary was I took the front channel inputs and split them into the third channel for the sub, and turn off the auto feature for the third channel, since the rear speakers have a high pass filter. This allowed the full range to go to the sub channel. Buy the remote knob for the sub as well!!!

> 3 dayIm ordering my third one because the first two are defective. The first one would fill my car with horrendous static, and then youd hit a bump and it would be beautiful music. The second one will turn on or off the signal to the subwoofer over the same little bumps. Were talking rumble strips, not moon craters. A slight turn in the road? Lost your bass signal for 20 miles. My install location isnt fun to work with. If the third one is jacked, Ill pay the 700 for the digital equivalent from another manufacturer. I see now that for my two amps I should have just run qty 2 two channel LOCs. Live and learn. So frustrating having to uninstall reinstall return ship reorder because their quality control is non-existent.
