This is just an overall great product. I bought it for my 2016 Malibu so that I wouldn’t have to spend $500+ on a head unit that resembles the stock one. It allowed me to hook up more than one amp to my head unit and it also made my subwoofers hit harder.

Easy to connect and the GTO turn on works great on my F150. Like the box says, makes good sound great. I recommend getting the volume knob for channels 5 & 6 when connected to a sub amp. Possibly the most important tip for the DIY’er - Most factory systems have the most amount of bass in which to use. To take advantage of this connect the front channels to inputs 3 & 4 and the rears to 1 & 2. Just remember that 3 & 4 are front and that 1 & 2 are rear when connecting an amp and speakers so the fader works correctly.

Corrected problem of factory roll off. Allows for fine tuning.

Sound quality wasnt great I found running directly to the amp pioneer 8604 produced much better sound tried tuning for hours but to my surprise the amp sounded better by itself so I returned the lc7i.
