> 3 dayThe LC7i does what its supposed to do. But, the age old statement is still pertinent... GIGO, garbage in garbage out. I have this in my 2012 Ford F-150 Supercrew XLT Ecoboost 3.5L Twin Turbo. I have the H & L speaker level outputs summed into a JL Audio HD 900/5. With JL Audio C5 speakers all around and a Stealth Box under the rear bench for Sub (13TW5). While being a step above factory, it certainly still sounds like a cheap DAC from a factory head unit.

> 3 dayAdding this to my truck with the stock sony system worked out great, running rear door speakers and 2 10s . This followed by a 4 channel amplifier.

Greater than one weekLove audio control products have used the lc2i in the past and ordered this for a different purpose which didnt work out. But I decided to install a sub and amp in my 2014 f150 with Sony sound system. What I found is the remote out put only put out at most 80mv this was not enough to trigger my amp to turn on. So I had to probe my fuse box to look for a switched ignition source something I clearly should not have had to do and from what I can tell this is a very common occurrence across many forums. I have the system up and working and it makes a huge difference over a regular loc and you can listen to music that use to not have bass or not be a heavy bass song and it now have really great bass. So it does treat sound processing just dont expect to use the gto turn on.
