> 3 dayWORTH THE MONEY. Puts out clean power and clear signal for my 5 channel amp to use. Installed in 2017 Golf GTI. Used the high level signal coming out of the head unit (front + rear left/right channels) and the LCI created a subwoofer channel RCA output for me to use since the stock head unit did not have a sub out. Love the Great Turn On feature so I did not have to run a remote wire to the amp as my stock head unit does not have a remote wire so I would have had to tap into a switched circuit, that saved a lot of time.

> 3 day2012 hyundai sonata w nav system: Pros: Works for integration mounts easily Phone support Cons: Wish it came with control knob May need someone certified to work out kinks. Summary: After my wife stated the oem head unit wasnt to be changed, my journey trying to clean up distortion began. The oem head unit and oem amp made things difficult. The end result is the distortion is still there.... no fault of the unit, just thought it would have solved the issue. Money go bye bye. new systems with external amps are not the best quality, distortion may be an issue at the source. If you dont have distortion prior, you will be pleased with the outcome.

Greater than one weekIt works great...a little hard to install and the owners manual wasnt easy to read but overall it has performed great...the accubass seems to miss some frequencies and over due others but just turn that part off and its great!

> 3 dayI installed this in a 2016 Mazda CX-5 to upgrade the rather muddy and disappointing factory system, entirely replacing all 9 factory speakers, including the 2 subwoofers in the doors. I used an additional external amplifier to drive the new subwoofers and kept the factory Bose amplifier to driver the remaining 7 speakers (the CX-5 has 2 subs). At first this setup sounded horrible due to what I believe was the factory head unit dropping off the bass as the volume increased even though I now had subwoofers that put the OEM subs to shame. Whatever was reaching the subwoofers was simply not a quality signal and the new Alpine amplifier was making matters worse. I decided to try this LC7i unit based on a recommendation from someone that had a higher end model of this. I hooked this up inline between the head unit and secondary Alpine amplifier that drives the subwoofers only. The result was vastly improved sound quality coming from the subwoofers as it returned the distorted signal coming from the factory head unit to a usable signal that the Alpine amp could cleanly use. I opted to keep the factory head unit simply because its so integrated now its not worth the hassle to upgrade the head unit. I suspect if I was to use this in some fashion to pass the front and rear speakers through it, it would improve my situation further, but for now the system is sounding very good and I am impressed with this unit. The external control to be able to easily control the bass signal is on my list of things to add and I think it will be a welcome additional. Would buy again.

> 3 dayI used this in a 2013 Silverado to keep the stock head unit. Install couldnt have been easier. It made installing two amps a snap, the GTO function is very nice, also it creates a remote out which I needed for one of the amps. Made my install very easy.
