It worked great then would not steam on 27th two days after the 30 day warranty:(

I had an old steam mop that I loved using on my new wood floors. When it finally broke I was not sure where to turn. There are a lot of different models out there at a lot of different prices. Though the cord could be longer, this steam mop works as well or better than my last one. One feature I really like is you can get additional pads for the mop. The one that came with it washed up nicely when I put it in the washing machine. I will deal with a little shorter cord to have these other two advantages.

Purchased a new Steam Mop. In the description of components it claims to have one pad. As we opened and set up the mop. No pads where found.

This steamer works really well and was easy to use especially as a first-time steamer user! I wish the cord was a bit longer and the pads a bit thicker but I really like using this product.

On the contrary. Youre supposed to lift up the whole thing into the sink and aim the faucet correctly into the small hole?! Fill a watering can maybe, or use a funnel and pour water into the small hole through the funnel? Ridiculous.

Clean floors are my thing!!! I dont know why anyone is still using an old-fashioned mop. This one is perfect for now because it is eco-friendly and kills germs/bacteria/viruses. Its lightweight and very simple to use. The pads can be washed and reused. The white color goes with every possible home decor. Its slim, so it can be mounted behind a door. I dislike the cord. It’s definitely not long enough for both of my rooms. I have to keep putting it in another outlet to get the work done in another room but besides that it gets the job done!

Awful. Absolutely awful. I was so excited to receive and use this steam mop too. We just moved into a new apartment with wood floors and I wanted to clean and disinfect our floors. First off, it was like the opponents were just thrown in the box carelessly. The top was taped shut and looked like it had been opened before. It included one cheap pad. It was easy to put together but crappy to fill. There’s no funnel and you have to take the handle and bottom of the mop off to fill the reservoir. There’s no max fill line either. Wrapping the chord up? Nope. There’s one hook on the top but not another on the bottom so you can’t wrap it. It did get some grime off the floor but the chord is so short - I had to keep unplugging it and plugging it in a socket where I wanted to steam mop next. So inconvenient. This was not worth the hassle and frustration. This steam mop is a total joke. Which is surprising because I’ve had some decent black + decker appliances. Do not recommend at all.

I got this on sale for $37 and I’m so glad! The steam mop is lightweight and very easy to use. We have pets and using the mop and bucket all the time is super annoying and uses tons of floor cleaner. This is a great alternative and it picked up tons of dirt. The floor is all shiny and very clean now. Super pleased!

There is no bottom hook to wrap the cord around. This is something that should definitely be there! The cord is short. A lot shorter than the one I currently had.
