I have only had a chance to use this once. But, it was easy to use and did a wonderful job cleaning my floors.

Do not buy this product unless you live in a 600 ft² home. The cord is way too short, The part that holds the water is very small, The product is slightly heavier than I thought it would have been. Just not the product I would spend money on ever again.

I dislike the cord. It’s definitely not long enough for both of my rooms. I have to keep putting it in another outlet to get the work done in another room but besides that it gets the job done!

This is used, not new. Beware because the product description does not show that.

I will keep this brief and understandable: Pros: Cleans very well! Removing hard stains from food, candies and milk has never been this easy! Gets hot and steams up quick. Easy to setup. Easy to operate. Easy to handle around and maneuver on corners and edges. Easy to clean, almost maintenance free. Uses water efficiently, doesnt leak or spill a lot of water. You need to time your move get the work done quick so spots dry fast. Very compact, doesnt take much space. Easy to place, remove and clean the pad. Cons: -LONGER CABLE LENGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. -NEED ANOTHER HOOK AT THE BOTTOM TO WRAP THE CORD AROUND FROM TOP TO DOWN. ONE HOOK AT TOP WORTHLESS. -WISH IT WAS COMING WITH 2 MORE PADS.

I have had better steam mops. The cord is long, thick and heavy. It doesnt maneuver very well and the pads are flimsy and already coming apart. I expected better from this brand. Not impressed at all.

Was on the search for a steam mop and found this puppy on clearance at Walmart so I figured I’d give it a lil try for $34. I was amazed at the performance! I found a dried up spot of what looked like spaghetti sauce behind my trash can (no telling how long it was there) and it took a few swipes over it but it pulled up. It’s perfect home my townhouse that only has wood flooring on the first level (approximately 700 sqft) besides my two bathrooms upstairs. My only complaint is that it has a cord and I’m so used to cordless things, but it’s whatev. It gets the job done and I’m super satisfied for the low price. Definitely beats dealing with a mop, because who likes that, am I right? I added a couple drops of floor cleaner bc I like the scent and it left my house smelling fresh to death. If you’re looking for a low cost steamer, this one is definitely worth it.

I like cause it cleans my floor i dont like when the filter pops off the two of in the two pops off but its easy to fix though so thats a good thing

Is a good mop but the cord is kind of short. Other than that a good product for the price!

Purchased a new Steam Mop. In the description of components it claims to have one pad. As we opened and set up the mop. No pads where found.
