it does what I wanted it to do. steam clean the floor.

The place where you add the water could be a little bigger.

I absolutely love this steamer. Its lightweight and very easy to use. It starts to steam in a few seconds.

Seems okay but I cannot use it because it did not come with the microfiber pad..

Didnt deep clean. Pad is thin and flimsy. Handle doesnt stand on its own

this is pretty good steam mop for the price. the only thing i dont like is it only comes with one cleaning pad that isnt very absorbent. but overall it works pretty well. the plastic is pretty cheap so i feel like i have to be careful taking it apart to refill with water, etc.

For the price its totally worth it! Steam is great & its perfect for your first steamer!

It cleans. It wasn’t advertised as having a mile long cord. Or for having easy cord storage. Giving it 2 stars for nothing?

This mop worked great on the floor, was lightweight, and as other reviewers have said, it takes corners very well! Turns very smoothly. Unfortunately, they really did not design the water tank well at all & it was a deal breaker for me. The tank cannot be removed from the body to fill it, and filling it in unit is awkward for a person with mobility issues...and also importantly, it cannot be then turned upside down to dry well before storage. This means you are putting a damp inside item in your storage closet to start smelling mildewy.
