> 3 dayThis is definitely a lower-end steam mop but it does work. I only use this in my bathrooms as I dont really want to steam my hardwood. I use it on tile and then I have one laminate bathroom. Its a very good thing This is the only place I use it because thats the only place I can plug it in and have the cord be long enough. Have very small bathrooms as this is an older home. It does really thoroughly clean your floor and with small children, that is very good thing. I dont love the fact that I cant or havent figured out how to remove the water reservoir as its kind of a pain. Its got a good swivel head so it easily cleans around toilets and cabinets. It cleans so well, the first time I used it I couldnt believe how filthy the mop pad was. I have a bona floor cleaner and that only came with one mop pad so I was not surprised that there was only one in this box. It would make life easier if there were more than one however. Overall, if I were using this anywhere other than my bathrooms I would have a real problem with the cord length. It does clean well and is relatively inexpensive and comparison to many other steam mops.

> 3 dayBeing that I have never had a steam mop before, I can only compare this one to of the wide variety of regular mops I’ve owned – and for my needs, this one worked great! I have well water, so I only use distilled water in every appliance that requires water to operate; therefore, filling the tank was a non-issue for me. I just laid it down, opened it up, and poured the water in. The water heated up quickly and then I couldn’t believe how much faster and easier it was to mop my floors than using a regular mop. The best part was the tough stuff that I always had to get down and scrub with a brush – the steam took it off without any effort. I can see where the cord length could be a problem for people that have hardwood floors and have a lot of area to cover, but for me, only my bathrooms, kitchen and entryway are linoleum or tile – so the cord length wasn’t a problem. I would’ve had to move the cord no matter what and if I had a longer cord, it would’ve been in my way. Overall, I am really happy with this steam mop and I wish I had gotten one long ago.

> 3 dayThis is okay for the price. I bought more pads to use off amazon since one isnt enough. It does the job but its certainly not my favorite. I bought this because my last one (a shark) broke and I wanted a cheaper replacement. The cord is pretty short, I have to unplug it 3-4 times to reach everything. The steam seems to come from a bump in the middle bottom of this which makes it so the pad touches the floor only in certain places. If you are looking for a cheaper steam mop that does the job it works, however if you really want a lasting steam mop I would go with something else.

07-06-2025Ive never owned a steamer mop so I was excited to try this. After cleaning my whole downstairs Ive determined that its just ok. Its not the worst, it could just be so much better. Its a pretty good height, with other mops I have to hunch or bend over but with this steam mop I can stand upright. Whats weird is in order to fill the water reservoir you have to awkwardly hold it under your faucet. The cord is way too short. Luckily we have a ton of outlets on our main level and it barely stretched far enough to do a single room before having to be unplugged. And it only came with one pad! After I washed the original pad it didnt come out super clean. Overall it was just ok.

Greater than one weekThis steam mop is effective and user-friendly. It swivels nicely and I can push it around easily. You can hear and see the steam coming out and it lifts a LOT of dirt and dried spills from the floor. I do feel that my floors look better with this than with a mop alone. I still use my regular mop before using this item because it gets up the gross contamination so that the steam mop has less work to do, but its not necessary. Its not the *best* steam mop Ive used but its pretty good.

> 3 dayThis steam mop was pretty easy to assemble, though I wish it was more comfortable to use. I found the on/off switch and steam operate button to be uncomfortable to use, since I had to apply extra pressure for them to work. My other issue was with the cord, which was kind of short for my needs. It would have been nice if it was longer. I also wish that in addition to the cord hook on top, this steam mop also had a cord hook on the bottom, which would have made cord handling and storage easier. It also would have been nice if the water tank was removable, which would have made it easier to fill up and empty. Lastly, when storing this steam mop after use, I had to lean it against something so that it didnt fall. I wish the handle had a hole for hanging it on a hook, which would have made storage easier. Overall though, despite the above shortcomings, this steam mop has been working as expected so far and had no performance issues. I used this steam mop for my kitchen floor, which has tiles, and it cleaned it well.

> 3 dayI replaced the first one I got via Amazon because it apered used. There was some water in the container and the handle appeared dirty. The replacement I received ALSO had water droplets in the container???? Its unfair, nowhere in the description does it say that this is a used or a refubrised item. I ended up keeping the second one because I really needed it. But I am not a satisfied customer. This is something that should be in the description!
