Audio quality is great. Such a shame that firmware update 4.5.2 has ruined Noise Cancelation completely. Look it up, everyones run into this problem. Do not purchase these headphone. Go for Sonys alternative and save yourself the trouble of dealing with the always terrible Bose support team.

There is no other sound as good as Bose. Flexible and durable. I love Alexa and the ability to answer my phone.

The good: Noise cancelling is good. I put them on and without even turning them on, my daughters iPad videos melted away. With them on during my indoor rowing workout, I can hardly hear the rower.

I got these as replacements for my old Bose headphones. Just as good as the old ones and now with a USB charging, one less charger I have to lug around.

You put these these headphones on, and, like on the commercial, you seal the rest of the world out. The sound quality is like a concert hall, and the cushion seals, that close around your ears to seal out the sound, and the cranial pad that rests the unit on top of your head, are butter soft to the touch, and extremely comfortable around the ears, and the top of your head. I used them on a flight I took from Newark airport, to Dallas/Fort Worth, and once I sealed them around my ears, I couldnt even hear the jet engines. I felt their vibration, but heard nothing. And you can use them either wired, or blue tooth connected, AND you can answer, and talk on your cell through them. THE BEST headphones I have ever owned. They are pricey, and that would be the ONLY negative I could find about them, thats why I gave them 4 stars, instead of 5. But the BOSE brand cant be beat. I would just like them a little bit cheaper. EXCELLENT gift for the gadget weenie in your life......They will not be disappointed

I bought these for Zoom calls, and they have several drawbacks that makes me wish I hadnt purchased them for that purpose.

Don’t write reviews often but I recently struggled with the decision between these headphones and the Sony wh1000mx3. I ended up purchasing both to test and landed on the Bose. First and foremost, these are both phenomenal noise cancelling headphones and most people would be happy with either. Just to name a few things I liked about each product and why I seemingly went against the grain and chose the Bose over the Sony’s:
