> 3 dayQuality product, but ridiculous that the noise cancelling and maybe bluetooth doesnt work when charging the headphones. This is like being unable to use your smartphone or laptop when its charging...just ridiculous design, especially for a product this expensive.

> 3 dayI was looking for a noise cancelling replacement for my excellent Bose SoundLink II headphones, which are still going strong. I initially started with the Sony WH-1000XM3, but the bluetooth pairing experience was completely unacceptable as it has no native ability to switch devices (you must manually disconnect on the paired device). So, those went right back as that’s an unacceptable misstep in 2020. I admit I’m picky, but I know what I want, and how something should work.

> 3 dayI was between this Bose and Sony wireless headphones and went with Bose for the all around sound quality and Alexa functionality. I sometimes feel like I should have gone with Sony which has more bass, but it doesnt have the Alexa functionality and you really cant go wrong with Bose quality.

> 3 dayWhat I like most about the headset is how it fits my ears perfectly. Ive had many headsets over the years but none felt as comfortable.

> 3 dayIn my office there are A/C and lights that make a noise. Not loud but constant and dull. WOW!! not with these. I am in Heaven.
