> 3 dayThe headphones work well and replace an older set. The internal battery is a positive step and battery life is good. Noise cancellation is only marginally better than the old version. The 3 settings is useful but only functions with Bluetooth connection. A cable connection does not allow the same flexibility which makes little sense. I find the cable connection to be quite sensitive requiring care connection at the headphone socket. The biggest problem is the BT app on an iPhone at least. Connectivity to the app is easily lost forcing an on/off routine to connect but even that often does not work and a new pairing is required. It’s annoying.

> 3 dayI use these headphones when Im on an airplane. They are fabulous. Had a little difficulty pairing them with my Kindle Fire, but I found an IT geek at work who got it done for me. Paired just find with all my IOS devices. Love these headphones.

> 3 dayThey seem almost perfect to me. I had a pair of QC 15’s. These are every bit as good or better with the addition of a rechargeable lithium battery and no pesky cord to get in your way. I use them around the house while mowing the lawn or working in the shop. The noise cancelling is nice when using power tools. I also use them while traveling mostly by air. I don’t like to use them in the car unless I am a passenger. No complaints.

old enough to know better
Greater than one weekSo, I thought I lost my Sennheiser PXC 550s, which I had had for several years. I spent several days doing research and agonizing over whether to choose Bose or Sony. Although I am not certain that I made the right choice yet, I can tell you that these are awesome sounding headphones and blow away my Sennheiser PXC 550s, which I have since found and which have been retired.

> 3 dayNoise cancellation and sound quality are amazing. I use at home to enjoy music or tv without disturbing others. While traveling I wear these to block out the rest of the people, so I can catch up on podcasts, watch movies or just destress with some music. Answering phone calls is easy and the call quality is fantastic for the wearer, and the caller rarely knows I’m not speaking into a phone love everything about these!
