> 3 dayBass is ok but it isn’t like the beats. But if you turn it up it is really good.

> 3 dayThis one is very different from the first pair that I have used, but this is different in the noise cancellation. Airpods pro is better than this one in some places, but these are the best in comfort, cancelation, and quality in the airplane. BUT it is different from the first one that I had. I think it is because of the update.

> 3 dayThe overall comfort, sound, and battery life are good. I like the Google integration. An occasional crackle when using Bluetooth, but no major problems in that area. (Could be my phone, too.. you know how pesky/tricky Bluetooth problems are)

> 3 dayI read a lot of reviews and had it narrowed down to two. The reviews on this one said the sound quality was slightly less good but the wearing comfort was much better. I am so happy I went with these. They are very comfortable for a long flight and I find the sound quality to be really good. I got the case also and am glad I did. I was even more glad I had these when I watched a just as expensive apple earpod go flying when we hit turbulence one flight. Im not sure he ever found it.

> 3 dayI have purchased QC 35 II in Nov and have it paired with multiple devices. Now It always get connected to my laptop and not want to switch to my phone. The Bluetooth button on the phone does not work anymore. it does not even tell me which device it is connected. I tried switching off and update the phone via the app, still does not work. Wondering if there is a way to reset or should I replace the device?

> 3 dayBest audio I have ever heard, Listening to remastered Led Zeppelin on these is like listening to the songs for the first time, little nuances you never noticed.

> 3 dayIt is an excellent product. My only challenge is that after taking it off, it takes my ears some minutes to readjust to the normal sound, which makes me fear if it’s safe for my ears. Note that I play it on very low volume. Besides that, it see it as previous headphones I have used such as Beats by Dr. Dre and Beats Solo.
