> 3 dayPurchased the silver and gold headphones. Silver ones manufactured so long ago they are not compatible with Bose AR, even after a firmware update.. Amazon is selling old stock here. Gold ones were made in 2019 and work with their AR.

> 3 dayThe audio cable is 2.5mm into the headset, and the cable itself is terribly cheap quality. The audio via cable is awful, considering how expensive this headset it. Will not keep this and would not recommend.

> 3 dayMy husband loves these ear phones. They were purchased December 2017 for a gift and have been used steadily since. The padding on the ear piece has torn and is disintegrating. Ive had to use a needle and thread to try to repair them, but the repair isnt going to hold.

Greater than one weekHave taken these now on 4 plane trips and used them on the plane, what a difference it makes in comfort level when flying. Also in the room at night if others are sleeping I can watch a movie or listen to music knowing I’m not bothering anyone. Great quality and very sturdy. I’m rough on things when I travel and they show no wear and tear at all.

> 3 dayI love the sound of Bose. I have two pairs of the sport Bluetooth earphones. I have had two Quiet Comfirt wired headphones. Sadly, this more expensive headset isn’t worth it. I’d love to have my money back.

Greater than one weekFirst off, the set I got seemed like it may have been a used returned pair or something because the case was scuffed and the headphones themselves had a couple of small scratches and dings on it. I dont hold it against the product but I did end up returning them because of that and because they had a few annoyances about them.

> 3 dayThe problem with this product is you can only choose to connect a smartphone, OR a laptop, OR another laptop w/o having to factory reset this device. You want to switch for listening from you phone to you laptop? Factory reset. Want to go back to listening on your phone? Factory reset. I cant understand how a company like Bose is unable to make a user friendly listening device that doesnt require jumping through hoops to switch devices. I have cheap Chinese made Bluetooth devices that I past $25 and they dont have this problem. Yet a $250+ Bose headset is nothing but problems. Its a disappointment really.
