> 3 dayMy wife bought these for me as a gift. Id never spend this kind of money on myself for headphones. I usually buy $10 ones and am pretty happy. Not any more. Once I used these for a few days, its a pain going back to anything else. The kids didnt believe me when I said I couldnt hear what they were saying when I had the noise cancelling feature enabled. Heck, I didnt even know they were talking!

> 3 dayI have reviewed my review after having these a good while now and have come to the conclusion, though I really could not afford the price tag, it has been well worth it for me here in this place.

> 3 dayWish I hadnt lost my old Bose headset. Inferior passive and active noise suppression. Loud outside sounds like thrust reversers cause the headset to emit even louder warble noises in your ears. Noticably less comfortable. Narrower headband means more pressure on a smaller surface. Smaller ear cups are a tighter fit. Headband is shaped to fit into smaller case resulting in more pressure on your head. Cable is half the length of the old one si you are unable to recline your airline seat. Nonremoveable rechargeable battery means no quick swap to a spare AAA, and requires a second (charging) cable to carry. And of course, when the battery reaches end of life, the headset is dead. You must take off the headset to connect the cable because the cable jack is too small to find by feel, or even to see in darkened cabin. Volume buttons dont work with cable connected, nor will the power button mute unwanted audio (like announcements) forcing you to disconnect the cable to silence it, and then reconnect later.

> 3 dayI tried my brothers series I and was so impressed that i ordered the q35 series II for riding on my side by side with turbo right behind my head. i does cancel half of the turbo noise but if there is any wind at all it is very loud in the headphones. i have since read from many customers that they are having the same problem with theirs too. I put electrical tape around the small groove and this got rid of the wind noise but not sure if they cancel the noise as well now. time will tell. not sure the $349 price is worth it.
