> 3 dayBig drawback to using this printer in a work environment is it cant feed NCR (carbonless) paper from the multipurpose tray. It pulls in 2 or 3 sheets at a time. It will properly feed carbonless from the main tray.

> 3 dayDecent printer for under $200. Pre-covid price was $150. Most other things have gone back to normal but not printer prices.

> 3 dayThe printer, brand new, out of the box was printing black spots all over the page. Contacted support on three separate occasions and still have no resolution. Each time I contact them, they have me run through the same exact routine each time as if Im contacting them for the very first time. I have a ticket number so there should be no confusion about what Ive done already. Ive spent at least three hours trying to get them to resolve this issue with no success. They sent a replacement toner and while that improved the situation, it still has a significant amount of black spots on the pages. The delay in waiting for the toner cartridge pushed the purchase date past 30 days, I cant return it, and Im stuck with this printer.

Greater than one weekFast, quiet, works. What else can I say? I have an RJ45 (network) interface so I cant speak to the USB or wireless setup. The duplexer works fine. I have not had a chance to evaluate the error codes as none have occurred. Just a good, basic laser printer. I use if for all my non-color jobs.

> 3 dayThe HLL5100DN is a nice printer at a very good price point. It has an LCD display and small control panel that makes it easier to configure and do certain things compared to cheaper ones that dont have that feature. The print quality is quite good very sharp and crisp and it prints pretty fast. This is a small office class printer even though for me it is mainly home and some business use. It has usb and Ethernet connectivity but not built in wireless. Thats fine for my purposes because I prefer to connect it directly to my wireless router. If you need the built in wireless capability then get the 5200, 6180 or the 6200 which will cost you about $100 - $200 dollars more.
