Once I got it I tried printing in color and black and it worked fine the first time. A couple days later I tried printing and honestly I had to double check if it was the same printer. The paper keeps jamming and it started to make a loud noise like that of a factory equipment and lets not forget that it somehow started printing three sentences in one line....

I had to jump through so many hoops in order to scan or print a document. It is the most difficult printer that I have ever tried to use. The instructions were woefully inadequate to explain how to use this product. I had to re-download the Canon Smart something or the other program every time I attempted to print or scan a document. My first time to try a Canon printer, Im going back to HP!!!!

Great printer. The only thing is the printing is kind of light. I hope to figure out hoe to darken it.

I found this printer very easy to set up even for a senior. so far it works perfectly

I love this printer! I had an Hp printer before and Canon is hands down a better printer. I am pleased with this purchase.

Amazon should not have offered this model on their webpage. This printer can only be used in Canada per Canon customer service. Should not have been sold in the US.

Only issue is if you are having a Setup problem...Do Not go to the url on paperwork in the box. That site has been hacked by Sandjockies in New Delhi..(SupRem) so you can download their app and trouble begins. Just google the USA Cannon website and get your drivers there.
