> 3 dayThe printer works fine, but the cartridges that came with it had been opened and used by someone. The seals were broken and when I installed them, the app showed that the black cartridge was less than half full and the color cartridge was about two thirds full.

> 3 dayThere is a bogus driver website where the tech support will try to sell software needed to get rid of a bug you really dont have. Its very cleverly designed to look like a cannon website.

> 3 dayFortunately, my son came in to put the printer together for me and he had quite a time getting it working. It seems to me it should be simpler, especially for a senior citizen like I am.

> 3 dayGreat printer. The only thing is the printing is kind of light. I hope to figure out hoe to darken it.

> 3 dayIn order to set-up ones printer with Canon, you need to enter a product number. I entered the number that was on the box and the top of the printer. Canon did not recognze that product number. I contacted customer service and was informed that I needed to create an account. In order to create an acccount through My Canon, it needed to recognize the product number. Obviously, I could not set-up the necessary account. I made several more calls to customer service, one of the calls I was transferred to My Canon without my permission, when I finally talked to a lovely lady in customer service. She stated basically that she needed to find someone who could help me. At that point, I thanked her and expressed my interest in a HP printer. In one order, I purchased my first and last Canon product. If anyone who has purchased this product and was able to connect it to your printer. I am just curious how you did it.

> 3 dayVERY had to set up the wireless. NEVER did get it to work. Had to use the cable to a USB port. HAVE to use your cell phone to set up the wireless and even though I am a relative computer expert, I NEVER could get the wireless to work via the cell phone instructions.

> 3 dayHad a mind of its own. Wasted like 50 pages trying to print out a single document, but would just print a small portion of the same page over and over again. So unreliable. Don’t recommend at all.
