I had a feeling this unit was damaged. The cartridge bar wasn’t moving and it is very hard to install cartridges even with video.

Amazon should not have offered this model on their webpage. This printer can only be used in Canada per Canon customer service. Should not have been sold in the US.

It is a POS when I use the GETTING STARTED MANUEL and went to the website it did NOT RECOGNIZE TS3420, my model # so I put in TS3400. (THAT IS ON THE GETTING STARTED MANUEL) it did not recognize that either. I got a pull down menu and used the closest model # that I could find TS5 something. It downloaded something and the printer worked. and now shows up as TS3420 on my computer. no print, no scan...worthless

Hard to setup and program.

I finally broke the glass on the scanning trey from punching it so much. Error after error after error. Im trying to print a return label and have been attempting to get it to connect for 20 minutes now.

Very easy to use , connect to your phone or computer so easily Ink easily found and easy to install Colors come out amazing and clear Scanner is great It clicks a lot when it’s preparing , idk what’s that’s about but once it gets going it does the job

This printer is easy to set up but, boy is it dinky. The print quality is fine but the scanner is absolutely terrible. Even a simple scan of a simple document is splotchy and barely visible. Not long after setting this thing up, the paper started to jam and the printer made horrible noises. I packed it up and returned it the same day I received it. A piece of junk. Canon should be ashamed.

Please be aware that this is a Canadian Printer. It is almost impossible to get tech support if you are in the US, because US support doesnt recognize the product, and Canadian support doesnt help because Im in the US. I was on the phone for hours, just trying to get someone to help.

There is a bogus driver website where the tech support will try to sell software needed to get rid of a bug you really dont have. Its very cleverly designed to look like a cannon website.
