I asked the seller before purchasing if it was compatible with chrome book. They said yes. Also the description states its a fax. It isnt. Not compatible with chrome book and it doesnt fax. These are the two reasons I bought it. Its useless to me. The seller has been very good. Quick response. Sent label to send free to me. I am impressed with the seller except they gave wrong information. The seller was great. Sent prepaid label. Refunded quickly. Thank you

It didnt work right out of the box. I will never buy a cannon product again!

We attempted to use it for the second time since we got it, the paper jams. We followed the instructions given by Neego website and in Amazon and nothing seems to resolve the issue. There’s nothing stuck in the feeder I 100% believe it’s the rod because it’s loose from the side the paper jams on. Customer service sucks all I get is the voicemail nobody seems to ever answer my calls.

Uses to much ink, amazon recommended replacement cartridges that didnt work. And ruined the printer

Please be aware that this is a Canadian Printer. It is almost impossible to get tech support if you are in the US, because US support doesnt recognize the product, and Canadian support doesnt help because Im in the US. I was on the phone for hours, just trying to get someone to help.

I dont understand why nowhere on the description of the product does it say this is a Canadian product. You cant set it up in the US. It doesnt work. I missed my return window because I just opened the box. Now Im out $139. I hate shady sellers.

This printer comes up in a search for edible printer, and even with the ink - but when you get it, it will not work with the edible ink, and trying to get my money back has been a nightmare. I have returned the item on July 27, yet it says Ill be refunded when the item is returned.

This printer is complex when trying to set up with the phone. I bought this specifically to set up with a phone not a work computer. I’ll keep trying but not too satisfied even with the instructions

The printer is fine, although, the starter ink is more than a little skimpy and the black ink was used up with less than 50 copies printed. The insult came when I tried to replace the ink which was listed with this printer and the error message was wrong ink cartridge NOT only on the printer but my computer. Maybe I was too trusting, assuming that if the printer was frequently bought with this ink it must be the right ink ? Seemed logical that if the item also displayed frequently bought together with this printer, then it would be the right ink, yes? ... NO. Too late to try and return as it has been 6 months, but also, I cracked opened the cellophane of the ink itself. Expensive mistake.

Terrible instructions. Difficult to follow instructions. Difficult getting anyone to communicate by phone. The ink for the printer would not register.
