> 3 dayIt worked ok to begin with. I bought it because its the only reasonable priced printer to have without wifi. Now theres a jam in it and NO WAY TO CLEAR IT. Short of taking the whole thing apart and I STILL couldnt get to where a possible jam is. Of course the window to return is closed.... I trashing it. I cannot get it unharmed. Makes me mad because I have papers for my business to print!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER. Not way to unjam a paper jam. And most printers do get a jam on occasion. Well done Cannon, NOT!!

> 3 dayunable to do wireless printing and the printer is not even on the list of printers for download, dont know if it is discontinued item. Not a good idea to sell a product which cant be supported. BAD

> 3 dayFrom the time I tried to set it up, I had problems. I never could get the wireless connected. I called Canon and they said they had no such Series number in the U.S. I joined the Canon on line help page, no help there although they tried. I emailed the seller from Amazon and they said they couldnt help. I called a number they provided but it went to voice mail and 3 days later, I still have not had a call back. I cant find out what cartridges I need to get for the series. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!

> 3 dayGot this all set up and running last night fairly quickly. I tried another more inexpensive option, the TS 302. But, I couldnt get it connected to my smartphone, nor could the apartment maintenance guy making me feel better about myself! Im not sure if this is suited for a small business person. But, for my limited needs, its off to a good start printing 3 small documents.

> 3 dayI had to jump through so many hoops in order to scan or print a document. It is the most difficult printer that I have ever tried to use. The instructions were woefully inadequate to explain how to use this product. I had to re-download the Canon Smart something or the other program every time I attempted to print or scan a document. My first time to try a Canon printer, Im going back to HP!!!!

> 3 dayWhen I got the printer I was in the middle of moving my office so I didnt set it up right away. When I did have time to do it, I looked and No Set Up manual. So I know these days they just expect you to go online. I tried to do that and found I also did not have a black ink and figured that was why I couldnt get it to connect. So I ordered a black ink that took several days to arrive. My next day off I tried again to get it working but Nothing worked. I tried every suggestion I could find online but still nothing. Now I find I have a worthless plastic doorstop that is past the return date. My bad...I should have suspected something when several things were missing from the box. I called canon support but I need to buy support for a machine that will probably never work. I recently bought a Cricut machine on Amazon and couldnt get it to work. Their support was much nicer and explained that it is common practice for things that were returned broken will be packaged up and resold on Amazon....so BUYERS BEWARE! I will never buy anything mechanical or technical on Amazon again.
